David Bateman, Ph.D.
Eric Rossen, Ph.D., is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who has worked in public schools and in independent practice. A nationally and internationally sought-after presenter, he has published dozens of articles and book chapters related to school psychology, school safety, and trauma.
David Bateman, Ph.D., is a Principal Researcher at the American Institutes for Research and a former due process hearing officer for Pennsylvania. He assists school districts in providing appropriate supports for students with disabilities and to prevent and to recover from due process hearings.
